I can get the part warrantied if the cap isn't coned. If it's coned, it's much harder because that can be attributed to unintentional user error.
What can cause user error and too much pressure? I am trying to understand this as I assume that if too much grease is being pumped, it would then ooze out through the rubber boot hole. So, is it from something being stuck? Is it easy to tell you are applying too much pressure?
