I just passed yet another SMOG check. I have the most amount of trouble with the EVAP. monitor. Catalyst is also a finicky one, but consistent highway driving seems to set it ok.
With the EVAP. monitor, all what I am reading on the Internet points that the fuel level must be between ? and ? full. However in my experience this won’t set until the fuel level is below ?.
That is on my ’99 TJ.
