The Fram PH-8A, and undoubtedly the others you listed, are for a small block Ford, 260, 289, 302, 351W. Aside from extra capacity, have you heard of extra filtering benefits? Having owned several vehicles with these engines, I can tell you that they'll never be out of stock of this filter at the parts store!
