I could swear the PH8A was the filter I used on my '68 Ply Road Runner w/383cid.
Wish I would have seen this thread earlier. I just did the oil/filter swap in my wifes 4.7 yesterday. A slightly larger filter would have worked OK.
BTW, the factory filter was on WAY TOO TIGHT!
