It has some wobble.
But what I may do, and this is MY idea
, is eliminate that pin at the bottom that holds on the caster wheel. I may pull everything apart again and weld the wheel mount to the telescoping leg. That would eliminate most of the wobble. The upper swivel mount has some slop, but all Bulldog jacks of this style do, and I don't think that by itself is excessive.
But 2 pinned connections on such a stall jack leaves a little to be desired.
The 7" wheel is awesome though, it rolls right over a lot more stuff than I thought it would.
