I finally picked up my Maltese puppy Saturday afternoon in Vegas and drove her home with me to San Diego Sunday morning. She weighs-in at a whopping 2lbs, healthy, adorable, friendly, and well behaved.
I was pleasently surprised at how well she travels, especially since she has been in a car only one other time which was to go to the vet.
She is excellent at letting you know when she needs to use the potty. Yet on the other hand she awakens me twice a night to do so and needs a few bits to eat and a quick drink then is ready to go back to sleep in her crate.
I decided to name her Josephine, yet I'll be calling her Josie for short.
