I just took my Jeep out of the garage for the first time since the last trip to JV. Barely made it to the gas station and had to get jump started at both the gas station and the hardware store
but that?s another issue.
The Jeep had very little power, wouldn?t pull a small hill in 3rd gear, and the exhaust note sounded like an air compressor blowing air
Also, the last trip out to JV I started having the "bag o' marbles" sound coming from my exhaust.
Bad cat right?
I installed a new cat about 4 years ago and since that time I've put probably 350 hrs of crawling and less than 1 hr of road driving on the Jeep.
Heres my question...
Do cats not get hot enough while idling all day long to clean themselves?
