I would like to ask those aroud here to keep my family in their thoughts over the next few day.

My dad just had to have open heart surgury and the next few days are critical. It was a suprise he was to have a test today at 3pm but got the test early and was in the OR at 3pm they where able to do what is called minimal intrusion surgury which was good. But he has had diabeties for the past 30 years and it has taken a toll on him.

the main concern is an infection that he has had sience Dec of last year due to loosing a toe so there is some worry about complications from that.

so if you get the time send some good thoughts to my dad and mom as she is having a really hard time. It is hard to accept that at 58 so much can go wrong.
