....Break in heat time to get out.
Been stuck in an apartment in Mexico for the last 10 months....take a week off time to do something.
Need to get the ole legs movin for the return to Pinto wash so this hike was a starter.
Wasnt a good one though. There was this little v notch calling me , a shorty prob only 20 ft....took out one of my front 60 hubs.
Ok off to the hiking. Get to the rim over looking Borrego. It was real windy. Took a break on an easternly rock cliff. As I has setting down the camera gear my GPS popped out of the holder and went over the edge, bounced at 20 ft down , parts flew off and it went a tumbling another 30 or so ft.
Evaluate....yup its staying there..time fur a new one. That wrecked the hike, everything out here looks the same....
