OK Sergey , thanks for the additional explanation. I think I get it now.
Also, Blaine responded to my similar thread on JeepForum and he additionally suggested taking my sliders off, and using a small ball peen hammer to tap against the nutsert until the sheetmetal is dimpled sufficiently such that the nutsert head ends up slightly below flush.
