Yes sergey, that would be a wonderful world, but the problem is if the koi fish and crack/meth heads tried to co-exist, then the meth heads would be up all night trying to fix the fish or build a better shelter for them whilst starting 17 other projects at the same time and accomplishing nothing except a lot of noise.
