My jeep is fixed. All that's left to do is route the ARB line and switch for the front locker. I got lucky this time around, out of pocket money to fix the jeep were just under $2500, and we got it back up and running under 2 weeks.
Now, the final news on the Ox locker. There was no evidence found to support the spring-loaded shifter backfire theory. Therefore, scratch that. Spider gears broke, badly. Possibly a little piece got jammed in the ring and pinion after that and cracked teeth on the pinion gear.
