Question Warn XD9000 winch install. What goes where?

Trying to help a freind install a Warn XD9000, but he has no instructions.

On the winch there are 3 marked terminals (A, F1 and F2). One is unmarked, which I have termed ?X.
I need to know;
What attaches to terminal A
What attaches to terminal ?X

Now for the solenoid box.
There are 4 wires that come out, 3 are still marked from the factory (F1, F2 and motor ground). One is not tagged, it is the thickest black wire. I have called this ?Y, what does this attach to

And finally to power the winch
What does the pos (+) battery lead attach to
What does the neg (-) battery lead attach to

I take it that the leads F1 and F2 attach to terminals F1 and F2 on the winch, is this correct?

Matt, there are a couple of pictures here that may help. Keep in mind that this is for a XDi 9000.

Hopefully someone has a diagram, and can post.

A=connects to Y (Armature).

X Goes to battery Negative (Motor Ground).

Run the motor ground wire from solenoids to X

F1 F2 connect as labeled (Fields).

Battery positive connects to solenoid pack on the bus bar opposite of the bus bar Y is connected to. Look for a small white wire that should connect on the same solenoid post.

Ah, the picture is not complete.
So you're saying we are missing a positive battery lead into the solenoid box.
That helps with the mystery.

Thanks Blackjack

You are also missing the battery ground. Do not try and run the winch without it.
