Cool Finally finished rear bumper

Got the bumper painted a few days ago and mounted today. I had to move it up (1 1/8") to compensate for the JKS body lift. I also made some frame tie-in brackets, so the bumper is now attached by a total of fourteen bolts - six to the frame itself.....don't think it's going anywhere.

I have part of the tire carrier built, but I don't need it right now so I have time to make some adjustments and get it just right.

More pics here and here.

Looks good! I need to get off my duff & build me a front & rear bumper. I scoped out some nice metal a few weeks ago at my local metal yard, didn't pick it up yet, but will soon.

Thanks.

Joe - If you're like me, even buying the metal doesn't mean getting started....I bought this stuff about a year ago.

It won't stay looking that clean for long....gonna have to take it out and get a little rock rash on it.

Now I just have to modify the Turbo City side rails to work with the body lift - hopefully I can get that done this week.
