Can you ID this part?

Can anyone please tell me what this part is and where it belongs? It's off of a '77 CJ5 with an AMC V8. It looks like a brace. I picked up a "good deal", you know how that goes. It was all apart and with a badly rusted frame. Found a replacement and just about got it all reassembled but I can't figure where this part goes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It a cross support that goes from frame rail to frame rail
and mounts under the motor mounts.

THAT PART IS THE BARREL OF THE SHOTGUN YOU ALWAYS SEE SADDAM HUSSEIN SHOOTING OFF AFTER WE GET THROUGH WITH HIM.
