Finished my spray can paint job tonight

Well almost finished it. I have a few more things to touch up and make a final decision on what colors to do the wipers and cowl.

Before

After

Touch up will be easy now.

This was just for S and G's until I really spray it with good OD green after CC in Feb. I like how it turned out.

Looks good.

Did ya get a good paint buzz/headache? LOL

I think a flat or simi gloss black would look good with the ODG for the cowl, headlight bezzles etc.

We wore the proper safety gear so no headache. I need to go get some more paint tomorrow and that?s when I will decide what colors. May just get one of each camo color and try a few different ones. Flat black what I think I will do. We will see tomorrow afternoon.

I've always liked the ODG.

There's a guy in the Phoenix area who painted a big white star on the door of his ODG YJ. Looked cool. I wheeled with him once in Table Mesa/Lower Terminator. He goes by Blatant on the various BB's but I haven't seen him around for ages. I know he sold his ODG YJ on D60's, but I think he may have gotten another Jeep.

I finished it up tonight. I went with flat black for all the small stuff. Now it's time to get it dirty and see how it holds up.

That really made it look good. Cant go wrong with black on trim. I thinking of doing something camo-like to my Cherokee. The paints not too terrible yet but Im sick of the silver, which I never really liked.
