wj knuckles, and cobra brakes

with a whole lot of help from blaine in both the design, and construction of this steering set up, i am finally able to post up some pictures.
this is a system that blaine has put a lot of time into quite some time ago, and finally, i was te guinea pig, and have it in use on the road and on the trail.

here are some pictures of the installed componants.
what you are seeing is a pair of wj knuckles, cobra calipers, explorer sport trac rotors, and some sleeved chrome moly tie rods/drag link.

they are being tied together with some 1 ton tie rod ends, and high misalignment tre's on the drag link.

thank you, blaine, for all of your help on this thing. it is much appreciated.

Looks good. Still working on mine. Why in the second pick is the bleeder on the bottom? Is it so there is clearence, while turning, between the caliper and the shock? Did you drill out, or use inserts, the knuckles to mount the TRE's on top?

Thanks
Pat

The pictures are working fine for me.
Is the YJ and TJ version of the hydroboost the same. I can't think why they would be different. Sure does look pretty

they are similar... the yj and tj have a different rod to the pedal. this particular one is a proto type, and we'll be testing it out and reporting back to vanco wether i like it or not.

YJ and TJ have different mounting brackets and rod. Not interchangeable at all. But the base hydrboost and master cylinder is the same.
