If I may, I would like to expand upon your idea.
Instead of a new play ground, why not put sand in a litte red wagon, on top of a really steep hill. And while the pimp plays in that sand box (which we will fondly name pimp litter)... we can just give a litte gentle push.. and he can play all the way down the hill..
