Cobra calipers

I know Blaine and a few others here have messed around with Cobra calipers doing WJ knuckle swaps. I read on another forum where some guy is claiming the Cobra calipers are much more powerful than stock WJ calipers. Other than the size of the pistons, how can one caliper be more powerful than another? Are the pistons significantly larger with the Cobra calipers? I assume they need the pressure of a hydroboost to function correctly?

If you'd be so kind as to point me to the forum in question, I'd love to take a looksee.
