Rear drive shaft q..

I'm putting the parts together for my belly up. I have an XJ rear shaft to use for it laying around. My question is, with a Belly up and 4 inches of lift, do you think I will have enough room within the CV to allow for enough droop? I have 24.5 in long shocks in the original locations, but that may change with the project. I'm thinking of welding up the rear Ford mount within the frame to outboard my shocks on the frame. I want to gain another inch or so of droop. Do you think I can get by on the XJ shaft for awhile?
