Trying once again to figure out the dome of T.Dome
Here is another one for your mysterious brain!

Point your index fingers to each other. Move your forearm so that one finger rolls in one direction (top-forward or otherwise). With the other, move your arm so that the other finger rolls in the opposite direction.

Once you've got the hang of that, try switching rolling direction.
