How to cut spring perches

I put dents in my R9000s today upon suspension droop in the rear. What did you all use to cut your spring perches?

An electric grinder. A cutting disc and then a grinder disc.

Oh yeah, did you get the shock extenders? Mine barely touch with the extenders and the belly up. I ground the heck out them so they don't get close now!

Plasma cutter. 45 seconds and they're clean as a whistle.

Be careful of that hard brake line!

No, I haven't any shock extenders. Everything about the mounting is stock. Thanks. I don't have access to a plasma cutter, but I can likely find a cutting/grinding disk.

JKS...

That would probably work, but I don't want to spend money on them . We'll see what happens, I'll try to cut/grind 'em.

I can say the new suspension and tires work SOOO much better than the old set up. I really gave it a good workout this afternoon in a mix of mud, mountain trails and a rock garden. The only issue right now is the cans hitting. My wife and I started talking flat t-case skids this afternoon

Lasers. Ace, it's all about lasers. You ought to get your self one. There are a few around from the NIFTY project.
