brighter headlights & foglights for 04 JGC SE

hey guys, i was looking for some brighter headlights and foglights for my GC and wanted to have a hid look w/o spending too much money, I looked into silvania silverstars and PIAA, but still debating on what gives me a nicer light for the money. What would you guys recommend?

you won't ever get hid performance without spending the money for hid - not even close but that's not to say you can't improve things. silverstars are ok for the price and you can get them at almost any decent parts store.

I just swapped in a set of ipf lenses and h4 bulbs and for 100 bucks, I found it to be money well spent.
