JV rigs: how wide?

Hello all,

unfortunately I won't be able to make it to the JV Rookie run, but might come that way sometime in November

How wide are y'alls rigs outside the tires? I'm just wondering about that, since we had a run at the Longhorn Ranch last weekend and widths and wheelbases varied a lot (and so did performance).
Is there an optimum or a width that's too wide, or is it just plus's and minus's for either set up.

I run a scramber. I have a SOA w/2.5" springs. 37" claws and wide axles. I am 78" edge to edge of the tires and 103" wheelbase.

Ron--
My front is 78"
Rear is 76"
wheelbase is 94-95"
running 37" MTR's

I am sure we will be running JV in November.

Front is 76.25, rear is narrower.

wow... you guys are pretty wide.
mine is running 74"
seems to work ok at that width.

Just went out and measured my TJ -> 74" outside the tires and a 94" wheelbase ....
