Fun in the Desert X, October 6 & 7, 2001 Rocktoberfest!!!

I will volunteer to be the trip coordinator, for those of you who want to run the same trail together. I would like to send in our Registrations by August 10, 2001 at the latest.

Everyone who needs a copy of the registration form please e-mail me @ jeepkat@home.com your address so that I can get them in the mail by this Friday or sooner. Please include a phone number in case I have any questions. I will e-mail you my cell phone number to let you know that I got your e-mail.

You should complete them and have them back to me no later than August 8, 2001

Please make your checks payable to the Victor Valley 4-Wheelers and include it with the completed form.

If you would like a list of Yucca Valley motels, for those who won't be camping I can post that here or e-mail you the info.

I really want to go! So lets get organized.

Has everyone picked a trail yet?

You can pick your trails and you can pick your... uh.. never mind..

I'd prefer sledge, but mostly because I've ridden it twice and never had the pleasure...

I'm going to SD and Yellowstone from July 29th- Aug.7-8th or so. Can you sign me up and I'll send you a check? Or any other method I can do quicker? If you don't care to make me motel reservations also when you make yours? Already imposing, and I'm not even there yet, sorry.

I will not be able to have my jeep ready for a 3+ trail soon. I've just about made up my mind for modifications, but with moving coming up (august 15th), I doubt I could get all my ducks in a row. Besides, I'd still be open up front.

Waaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh..

Well, there's next year. Any if I"m lucky, next year I'll have a locker as well.

Seth- I would shy away from Sledge if possible. Because it is a popular trail, it always has the most sign-ups on it. Last year, they did not get down off of Sledge until after 10 pm.

HB- You read my mind previously. Shotgun in one of the rigs on the first day will let you make up your mind if you want to tackle something like that with your rig. This is for fun and we like to keep damage to an absolute minimum.

Blaine... probably a good point.

I actually don't care that much. I'm just looking for a good time and some hardcore wheelin.

Assuming my new tire carrier is finished by then, I may even be prepared

Damn Kat,
I would sure like to go but I'll probably be stuck here in Moab. I just love those organized convoys.......
Oh well,
Ron

Jeep Buddies,

I got copies of the registration form made today, who needs one? I only have 20; I can mail them in the morning if you send me your address. You can still be thinking about which trail you want to run while the Snail Mail is delivering your registration form.
