Warn 5 on 4.5 for Danna 44

Ok Warn hub guru's, I'm getting ready to piece together the Warn 5 on 4.5 front hub conversion kit for my D44 front axle using Warn P/N 38007.

I currently have full cast rotors with the center machined out to 3.575" (+/-) 0.015". I also replaced my Moabs with Weld Super Single II's so the hub will have space to protrude through the wheel.

I plan to purchase the inner axles from Superior using P/N PA6116 (left) and P/N PA6094 (right). I may add the Superior greasable axle seals (P/N EV33FSL) if the budget holds out.

Since the fuse in the front driveline is now hopefully the Warn Hub, is Warn P/N 37781 the correct hub to order for the spare?

The Warn kit comes with c-clips for the u-joints and I saw on Stu's site that mrblaine found a source for the full circle clips, can someone point me to the correct vendor and part number so I can order these as well?

Is there anything I might have missed parts wise and/or is there anything I should pay careful attention to during the install?

Thanks in advance.

Ken

The c-clips are available from Jack at CTM Racing products in San Juan Capistrano. Phone is 949-487-0770, tell him that the folks here sent you. Just ask for the Dana 44 size clips.

I'm pretty sure you have the hub part number correct, it's best to buy them in pairs though.
