Balancing tires
I need to balance my tires. I want to use those stick/glue on weights, instead of the weights that clamp on the edge of the rim. What I the name of those sticky weights?
Are there still static and dynamic balances to choose between with sticky weights? Should any reputable shop be able to use sticky weights, or what? Can you recommend one in San Diego or East County? I am thinking about stopping by a Discount Tire Co shop. Are there any specific things I should ask for?

Request a dynamic balance with sticky weights. If that confuses them, request stick on tape weights. I know of no space time continuem that affects the inner portion of an aluminum rim in an adverse manner making it reject sticky weights at random.
It is not who you know, It is who knows you
