Merry Christmas to All

I wanted to take a moment to wish everyone a Merry Christmas in the spirit of this season, regardless of how you may choose to celebrate it, be that religious, or be it secular, or be it just a time to be close to those you love and care for.

Christmas can be and is many things to many folks. I hope more then just a time to spend money and exchange gifts.

I hope most of all, for everyone, it is a time to feel good, feel at peace in your heart, and feel the caring both given and received among friends and family, much as it is right here most days on this forum between friends.

Tonight I will attend Midnight Mass, part of my celebration of the religious part of this holiday for me. Tonight you will be in my prayers, as will those who cannot be home with their loved ones this Christmas, having to spend their Christmas in the ?Big Sand Box?.

The world is a beautiful place, even if at times it doesn?t seen that way. I think on Christmas we can all be reminded of that beauty in our own ways, even when things are far from perfect, or far from home.

I wish to offer my prayers for God to Bless you and your families this Christmas in the spirit of this day, regardless of religious beliefs, making this a season of peace and joy, of calibration and family and friendship to all.

Thanks for the well wishes Frank.

I'll be exchanging gifts with family on Christmas, and having one of my all-time favorite dishes afterwards. BBQ'd ribeye, mashed potatos smothered in gravy and some vegtables. I may even have some rocky road ice cream for desert.
