Tig Tips?

I've been practicing quite a bit lately and have improved up to this point. I can consistantly produce welds that look like this, but am lost as to what to do now to improve. And I know I have a LOT more improving to do

Any advice?

Syncrowave 250DX
3/32 thoriated tungsten
1/16 S2 filler
3/16 hot rolled steel

Things that seem obviously wrong to me
- Upper edge is undercut, but if I use less heat I can't form a consistent puddle.
-Spacing is inconsistent, I know practice will help this
-It looks like my filler is pushing through the puddle and forming a bulge on the trailing side of the puddle, not sure what to do about this.
