My dad was born in Mandan, North Dakota. He says it is a great place to be from.

Seriously, those winters are pretty rough from what I hear. Have you checked the average temperatures ? Brrrrrr!!!!

What city are you moving to?

That's practically Canada, eh? Good luck with the move. I know you weren't exactly enamored with L.A. and this is about as not L.A. as it gets, huh?

BTW, got hard top? ... and windshield scraper?

I've got a scraper and a snow brush I'll let go for a reasonable price.

I was there a few times in Fargo.

it is the only place I have ever been that I was told it was to cold to snow -17 means NO humidity so no snow.

also hills of snow so big they where larger then a 2 story house the only good part is you will find it easy to find a parking place cause they are big enough to hold several of these piles.

Stock up on the little condiment bottles of Cholula or your favorite hot sauce, jalapanos, red pepper, etc. so you can add some "oofta" to your "hot dish" when you eat out!

It would take prolonged exposure or a hell of a lot of wind to be that bad for a short stay outside.

Once did a 3 week stint where the high was -40... brrr
