'84 cj 7 150 amc bad spark

looking for help on 1984 cj 7 that I just replaced the motor in fri. I have erratic spark on cyl no1& no 2 but it good on 3 &4 . I have new wires, plugs, cap, rotor , I'm wondering if it could be the ECM or the pick up?
