On hard acceleration I get alot of rattling and lot of power. Are the lifters collapsing? Whatdoyathink? Is this common, What is the fix?

I would doubt lifter collapse. I would look into carbon build up, or possibly just old age on that timing chain. If you can check it and the timing is "jumping around" I would suspect the timing chain.
A good fuel additive like Seafoam may help for the carbon. 130K is a lot of miles -treat her gently.

Thank you for responding. I have run some Seaform through the carb. I wll be test driving it this Saturday. I also ran some engine Flush. Sounds good.
