Apple Safari for Windows

Man, this is waaay faster than IE. It even has a built in spell check.

I think I'll try it out for a while, but so far its pretty awesome!

Yep, I've been using it for a while now and it has been very stable. My only beef is that it is not supported by my work intranet, but then that gives me a good excuse for actually enjoying my time off.

Anything is better than IE, IMO. I've been on firefox on PCs for years now and I wouldn't go back.

I tried using Safari on a new laptop that I have running Vista. It didn't seem to load web pages any faster than Firefox. In some cases it seemed to be slower. Would this be caused by the lovely OS?

Vista sucks. This is by far the worst piece of software they have come out with along with the new Office package which I am still trying to figure out. Wait until you have to deal with network printer drivers. I have 4gig of Ram, Dual Core Pent and a NVIDA 256MB video card (8600 GTS). This thing is a PIG, man I mix XP and my old Office package. Arghh.

As far a Safari, its does not allow me to access my vendor.

Why don't you get rid of Vista and just run XP? I still run XP Pro on my PC and I wouldn't install Vista if it were free.

Yeah, that's the problem with Safari, some sites won't accept it. Mozilla Firefox is a much better browser than IE for PC users.

Would you believe I am just to darn busy. It's easier to just bitch about it. I have been thinking of getting a new PC and giving my wife my Vista one.

I tried Safari again on my laptop-but this time on my network at home instead of at work and it is much better. Loads pages much faster than IE or Firefox. I guess it might be something with the intranet setup we have at work.
