Thanks to Blaine and Kat!

I'm getting caught up on maintenance and some mods on the TJ. Of course I try to cram too much into my week.

My muffle and tailpipe were almost ripped off my Jeep last time out, so I want one of those sexy little muffflers.

Blaine had referred me to Carrtech and after clarifying his location in Mission Viejo I went over there this morning.

Well, $204 later I have a very small but no too loud Dynamax muffler and a new tailpipe that is tucked as tight as you can up to the body and run next to the gas tank skid - all in 1.5 hours. Simply amazing!

If you ever need exhaust work done and you live near the OC call this guy! (949) 951-6143

Kevin Carr the owner tells me that I've got a bent sway bar link, which is nice. Of course I haven't been keeping up with maintenance and didn't notice it . They were the last piece of Teraflex cr@p left on my Jeep and now they are in the trash.

Another call to Blaine and he tells me to put the Currie links on. I take the set off my Antirock. Well I can drill the sway bar out, but there is no way for me to get my drill lined up to the frame mounts. I truck over to Blaine's and while he throws date seeds at me I proceed to borrow his 90 degree drill and carbide counter sink to finish the job. Heck, even after a hard day at work Kathryn made me a cup of coffee!

Thanks a ton Blaine and Kathryn for everything!

PS - Robert I also got that skid installed - thanks again!

Jeff

Yeah, they're okay I guess. Blaine hooked me up with the same rear link setup when we installed my lift. His drill bit definitely helps with hogging out the rear swaybar, though I think it is pretty expensive if you break it ...

Hey - I did use the "Brian" bit - I might have chipped it also, but I didn't have to buy a new one!
