Spy pics Vanco 16" and larger brakes

Finished up the prototype for the 16" kit and installed it on Kat's jeep this afternoon. Outstanding performance with no mods to the stock brake system.

Not sure, but those rims are 4 9/16's in a 16 and there is plenty of room to go in further with the rim. They are mounted with stock 04 unit bearings which have the shallowest depth to them.

Any concern of the attachment at the banjo bolt spinning? OEM stuff typically contacts the raised section of the caliper to "lock" the line in one place to avoid this.

I ask because I just last week I had to modify some chevy van lines to fit stock YJ calipers for my son's Jeep (they're 4" longer then stock YJ)

No worries at all. We've been running that style of banjo adapter for many years and never had an issue.

For offroad in the rocks, modular lines are the best. We carry steel braided lines with -3 swivel flare on each end.

Frame side fitting is -3 x inverted flare that stays in the bracket and then the banjo adapter you see. If you damage a line, just replace the part that's damaged.
