Yes, but the story it tells is wrong. Just by looking at the photo, the first thing that pops into your head is that this is a police officer going after some bad guys, which it is not, if you read the description.

I think whats startling about this picture is that we are seeing the use of deadly force, or threat of deadly force for something as common as eviction. The sad part about it is that eviction had become "common".

I guess its the story behind the picture that makes it meaningful. The "bad-guys" that the officer is looking for are the previous tenants/owners of the property. Very sad indeed.
