D44 Bearing Retainer

Anyone know where I can purchase just the D44 rear axle bearing retainer? The spicer part number is: 36797, but I am willing to use manufacturers. I hate buy a whole new bearing when all I'm missing are the retainers. Thanks,

Ken

Without checking, that number sounds like the press on shaft collar.

I have gotten them from Superior before and All 4 wheel Drive in Corona.

Drive Train Warehouse should also have them. If you get in a bind and need a couple, I have some in the MC to tide you over until you can replace them.

Thanks mrblaine. I will check with the vendors you referenced and hopefully will not need to take you up on your offer. The local jeep dealer wanted $23.00 each for just the collars... Ouch. I can buy the entire bearing kit for $30.00, but I only need the retainers. Thanks again.

They're typically less than 10 bucks.

Thanks, and that's what I figure they're worth.
