Talking Blame the Snot Bubble

Ahhhh....a normal, sane place to hang the Jeep hat. Been out of the loop for a while, but just now coming around to getting back into the Jeep of things and Snotty tells me about this place.

A nice, refreshing discovery.

Name is Tiffany, been Jeeping for a while. I live in Colorado, but make yearly visits to Idaho (Boise area) and California (LA/Riverside Area). Only had the chance to wheel in Boise so far, but am hoping to set aside some roadtrip time to try out the Rubicon and would love to hit the Hammers as well...one day.

On a more personal note, I just had my beautiful baby girl on July 7th (kinda the reason Jeeping took a backseat for a while, check her out at http://www.sydneybear.com) and am spending as much time as I can with her and her two brothers before the gov't forces me to come back to work. Oh to be independently wealthy...or just hit the powerball numbers.

Re: Blame the Snot Bubble

It's like Christmas everyday here as old familiar faces show up. Congatulations on the new Jeeper in your family. I am new here too, but I'll welcome you just the same.

Howdy and welcome to the club.

p.s. Hey Brackney, how's life in the Quad Cities? I went to Augustana College in Rock Island and will be visiting for my 10th homecoming this October.

Life is good. I graduate from St. Ambrose in December. If you get a chance, or have time, look me up when you get here. It's always nice to put a face to a name.

Re: Thanks...

Everyonce in a while when I see my 09-11-01 sticker, my YJ sticker (and my ** Recovery Team sticker) on my Jeep, I think to myself "Sure has been a while since Tiff has posted." Any new sticker ideas, or are you done with that stuff?

Most of my Jeep stuff got pushed to the backburner when found out I was pregnant. I still make stickers and all that, just haven.'t done much lately.

Welcome to the board Tiff. I never got to thank you for the YJ sticker. I love it. Specially with all the TJ's out there. I'm proud of my square look. Congrats on your newest future jeeper.

Hi Tiffany, and welcome to the forum.

I had to go take a look at the little one, Sydney sure is precious!

Always nice to have another Jeep'r Gal joining up with the rest of the Ladies here.

Have fun, enjoy the board, and get some sleep! Or is Sydney one of those really great babies who has her clock right to start with!

God Bless,

Frank

I'll be there October 26th (Saturday). I'll probably be at Augie all day but if you like, I could stop by in the morning on my way over. Send me an email. royagrimm@yahoo.com

Tiffster wonders if y'all both work for similar "government contractors"??

Mine is a DoD/Health Affairs contractor (never knew I would need a Classified security clearance to develop web applications)

Thanks Frank...I never thought I would have a little girl (she was a big surprise!!!), but now that she is here I love her like crazy...and so do her big brothers and dad...she will be one spoiled little princess

And as far as sleep goes...you will notice the time of most of my posts are in the middle of the night...made with Sydney sitting on my lap.

I work for a corporation that, among other things, makes military planes. I knew I would need a Secret security clearance to work on the cockpit computers of F-16s, F-22s, and F-35s.

Places I want to visit:

1) Sydney, Australia
2) Paris, France
3) Tokyo, Japan

Of those 3 only Sydney stuck out as a name for my Princess

Actually Grandma stepped in during the big name fight and said her first granddaughter would be named Sydney Danielle...we were smart enough to let her win that battle.

Ron,

Thanks for the gouge. Bob really hooked me up when I swapped in the F8.8. I owe him big time!! I can't say enough about his good character & willingness to help a fellow Jeeper!!

I talk to Bob online often, but have not seen him for about 1.5 years.

His TJ is looking monsterous though from the pics I have found posted around.
