Broken head bolt
So just simply replacing my exhaust manifold has turned into a complete nightmare! Now I have a broken head bolt that is flush with the block and the screw extractor i was using has broken off inside the bolt. So the bolt was broken before, and the ol jeep ran fine but now that the head is off im afraid that when i put it all back together i will have a compression leak.Any ideas or should i just put it back together and hope for the best.

I would go talk to someone at an automotive specialty machine shop. As it is, I really doubt if you can get it back together and it will work right.

You'll probably have to remove the head and have it machined out.
