Steering Stabilizer Purpose?
Just what are these things suppose to do?
I threw the one on my Dodge truck away after bending the second one up. I've never missed it. I was test driving my Jeep with the new Currie steering without the stabilizer and didn't notice a difference. I ran the Currie phase one without it for a long time because I buggered up the threads on one of the the u-bolts and kind of forgot about it. I know they must be there for a good reason! But I've never figured out what?
