Got woke up by the infamous pager a little after 5am (CT scanner is down at an area hospital). Been at the office since 6. No Sam Adams though

Just coffee...

Wink

I am eating a Philly Cheese Stake Sandwich from Jack in the box. With curly fries and a medium Coke.

These "real" sandwiches don't taste too real. I know a Philly Cheese place in El Cajon; they make sandwiches so good you will bite your fingers off eating them. Now, those are real.

I don't see anything wrong with bear for breakfast. It quiets down the aftermath of hard liquor the night before nicely.

I go on vacation in two weeks

My dad is coming out from Florida and bringing his mostly completed, custom built '23 T bucket. I'm taking a little time off to visit, help him finish the T, and go to Hot August Nights in Reno. Looking forward to the time off work as much as anything else.

Just got back from my first meeting of the day and grabbed a little breakfast from our "Canteen".

Basically a sausage, egg and cheese muffin. Of course, with coffee. Not real healthy, but it sure tastes good.

Gotta be a slow day if I'm describing what I'm doing during the day and what I'm eating. Usually only Sergey describes what he's eating

Sorry, Sergey. No McD's around here.

Yep, getting my training. One day, I want to seat on one of the cooking shows, as a judge, and critique the dishes.

Damn, now that's got to sit well on an empty stomach. LOL

I had a corn muffin for breakfast, 2 hot dogs for lunch and a can of hearty Campbell soup and white rice. Yummy!!!!

I decided to stay off the liquor this evening, last Friday I got nice and buzzed so I can do without for a few more weeks.

Scott,

What happened to the CHP thing? Did the budget crunch have an impact on hiring? If so, I know that both the LAPD and LAPD school police are hiring. Even if they're not your dream agency, it'll get you trained and set you on the right path. Life's too short to dring MGD. After you get hired it's all microbrews and imports from here on out.

Have you given Quizno's a try yet? Once you do, you'll never go back, IMO.

Jeff,
The CHP is still the idea. Working for dad is just a temp thing to get some cash flow, while I wait to hear about the next step in the CHP process... Microbrews are bueno... I could really go for a Pete's wicked Ale, Strawberry blonde, or a sierra nevada... Im about to leave to my buddies house in Palm Desert.. Call me crazy. My breakfast consisted of MT. Dew CODE RED, and pretzels....

I tried Quizno's one time Stu, and maybe I had the wrong type of sandwich, but I wasn't all that impressed.... What sandwich would you recommend?

I just had two corndogs... and now I'm psyching myself up for my first motorcycle ride in over a month and a 1/2 (bikes been in the shop).

If I die, it was nice knowing you all.

Well I'm not dead yet.

It was a great ride with the exception of the the fact I almost lost it turning into my driveway cause some arsehole decided to ride my arse.

It's nice to have my bike back!!! Calm and refreshing ride.

Try the one that involves a mail box and some spring mounts
Most the stuff there is good.
What did you order? PB&J? That would be lousy toasted.
