XM Radio in TJ -- have I sinned?

I bent one of my rules this past weekend by installing something I didn?t really really need in my Jeep ? XM radio! I almost feel guilty.

It works great. Luckily it doesn?t stand out; it is hidden behind the dash and only a small (about 1? x 2.5? x 0.5?) control panel can be seen when it is Velcro?d near the shift lever (it can be hidden between the passenger seat when parking the Jeep). The small flat antenna is hidden on top of my CB radio in the overhead roll cage.

So, now I have 100 stations to click through and drive my wife crazy just like cable TV! The only odd thing is that Playboy actually offers a ?premium? radio channel (no-I didn?t order it). I?m really not sure what it is all about -- however, I do remember hearing that some people read the articles?

I installed XM in the spring, and I'll never go back. Absolutely love it....

Fox News on the radio
Comedy to keep you laughing
All the music choices in the world

It works pretty much everywhere. I'll lose coverage in some deep canyons, but otherwise it's been great!

enjoy!

Mark

You don't "need" coil suspension.
You don't "need" multi-coil ignition.
You don't "need" fuel injection.
You don't "need" airbags.

Adding a creature comfort to a TJ is par for the course.

Does it come with a module to connect the radio to the airbag sprigs, so the jeep rocks back and forth in unison with sounds from the playboy channel?
