Currie Rear bumper and Tailbones install question:

I'm putting on my currie rear bumper today.

The bumper install is very straight forward.

I also got a set of tailbones corner guards.

There were no instructions included.

Obviously you need to drill out the holes to mount the tailbones on the face of the rear bumper.

I am assuming you mount the bumper first and drill out the holes but I am wondering if it is it easier to do it all off the jeep?

(I imagine not becasue of the fitting issues, but I'm just checking).

Thanks in advance.
