More posting from me today... The finished Tire Carrier
 We did a 1/4" cross member welded to the existing crap. Drilled and tapped it, then bolted the new bumper on. The new bumper is 2"x4"x3/16". There are 8 steel spacers welded in the holes for strength. The carrier is the same one as before, but I welded the crap out of the inside, allowing for zero movement in the spindle.
