I'm very pleased with this - this was a HUGE case for gun rights in America as it forced the Supreme Court to decide exactly what the 2nd Amendment said. Essentially it definitely states that the 2nd Amendment grants Americans the right to bear arms for PROTECTION and/or Hunting - essentially for anything.

Obviously all good controls remain in place (no felony or mental patient ownership, etc.)

As a oppressed American living in California I have hopes for our collective freedoms.

not true.........crazy people can apply for a firearm permit after a 5 year period
