Repairable?

This is the result of a torn passenger side upper control arm mount on my 9". It looks like my welds failed on the rear half, but were good on the front half of the bracket and ripped the tube apart. It failed in Moab, and I patch welded it with my ReadyWelder, hence the terrible looking welds.
