Best polish for fenders

Any suggestions on polish for my vinyl fenders. the formally black fenders have faded to grey. Everything I've tried doesn't last. after a week or so whatever I use washes off.

This stuff works for a while, but I think the best way is to just paint them.

we just bought a new (to us) cherokee as a gift for her dad. the "back to black" worked great on the fender caps and door trim!

if you are brave and careful....a handheld torch, like Bernzomatic, works really well. But you have to be careful and pay attention or you could easily melt your fender flares.

A heat gun works well too to bring the black back, like using a torch but it's safer & easier. This method doesn't last forever but it lasts longer than most stuff in a can or bottle. It's funny and amazing to watch a heat gun or torch work on grayed fenders, it's like they were spraying out black paint instead of heat.

Probably the best long-term fix is to paint them with Krylon Fusion which is specially formulated to stick to flexible plastics. Rustoleum has a new paint out to compete with Krylon's Fusion but I haven't tried it yet. The Krylon Fusion works really well, I just got through going through a few cans of it.
