Changing the rear main seal and oil pan gasket...can anything else be changed?

Well, I figured with the transmisison out and exhaust dropped, it would be an excellent time to cater to the 318 that has 140k miles on it. I picked up the rear main seal and oil pan gasket to change tomorrow. While the oil pan is off, what else will I have access to that is fairly easy to change out? Man, this is turning into a total tear down and re-build of the ZJ. I should have a brand new Jeep by the time this is all over.

oil pump . . . you could change the main and rod bearings, but that is a little more involved.
