Whats the initials JH stand for on a bolt?

I've seen it on grade 5 and grade 8 bolts. Nothing else but JH. What does it mean?? Did I make those bolts, those are my initials??

It's likely the manufacturers markings.....

They are required to register identification headmarks with the Secretary of Commerce, and lot control numbers to all through hardened products.
