D44 5 0n 5.5 brake conversion
I recently did a Super 44 and went to 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern. Drilled the stock drums to handle the new bolt pattern...as a temp measure, but I'm looking for a better set up. ...disc or drum.
Originally, I got some CJ - 5 on 5.5 drums, but the off set is wrong (drum ends up too far away from the backing plate). Any suggestions??

Doug, convert to the ZJ rear discs. It is relatively clean and easy to do and with Stu's great write-up and the newly available stuff from Tera, is it ready available I think.
It is a simple matter to re-drill the rotors to the bigger bolt pattern. It is commonly done with the Ford 9" stuff all the time. (the 8.8 and ZJ brakes are nearly interchangeable)
